The Black Card is for Construction Managerial position holders who have accomplished NVQ/ SVQ Level 4 or above in Construction Management/ Construction Contracting Operations Management. This card is valid for 5 years; it can be renewed after completing relevant CITB health and safety Manager’s and Professional test.
