The CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Specialist Working at Height Test is the required assessment for operatives applying for relevant CSCS and industry cards. It assesses knowledge of health and safety, working at height hazards, risk controls, environmental awareness, and safe working practices to prevent falls and ensure safe work at height on UK construction sites.
