Overview

The CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Specialist Highway Works Test is the required assessment for highway works operatives applying for relevant CSCS and industry cards. It assesses knowledge of health and safety, highway-related hazards, risk controls, environmental awareness, and safe working practices required for working on UK road and highway projects.
